I had a positive experience as usual at AP Smilecare for my recent check-up with Dr. Hazra and her assistant Saff -- both of whom are always very good; the clinic itself was clean and comfortable. Booking and wait times were also efficient.

Very happy and satisfied

I am so pleased with my visit to your dentist, very happy and satisfied. I was very scared to go through with my problem but with support and positive manner really helped put me at ease to go through the procedure and I loved how he was so gentle and follow-up after my treatment too, even a courtsey call to ask how I am and hows the pain etc before returning back to my next appointment. The place was very clean and welcoming from all the staff and it was very pleasant to be in.

Seen within two hours

I went through the 111 referral for urgent treatment. I was called almost immediately and kept informed about timescales for treatment. I completed the online form and was seen within two hours. All staff were friendly and professional. Phil was very professional and fast. I was in a lot of pain and he acted quickly to remove the tooth. Gave information on care of the socket. Couldn't have been better really.

Gentle, reassuring, and efficient

Jo, my Dentist, is the best I've ever had in 63 years. She's so gentle, reassuring, and efficient beyond words. I have always been a very nervous patient but I don't panic as much now when I'm seeing Jo. I also have mobility issues and these are always taken into account with the chair and neck support. Today I needed emergency treatment and I was seen quickly and dealt with there and then. The staff on reception are always so friendly and accommodating.
There isn't enough star rating for AP Smilecare as they exceed it beyond and beyond.
