AP Smilecare
All staff are very friendly and efficient. However (this is no fault of AP Smilecare) there was a mother with 2 children in the waiting area. The children were totally unruly, shouting and jumping around on the furniture. Not nice especially when you are already nervous about the procedure.

I have no choice but to rate my experience yesterday as 5 stars because that is the best I can say however the truth of the matter is that they have far exceeded the 5 star rating. A P Smilecare have truly perfected the ultimate customer experience. From the moment you step into the practice you are met with a warm welcome to the moment you leave, with your next appointment all perfectly booked in; and everything in-between - that is of the highest level of expertise and quality. I consider myself so fortunate to have them as my dentist practice. I can’t help but feel that they really care. They care about you, your dental needs and they care about delivering their best, consistently. They have inspired me to care about doing my best to keep my teeth and gums in the best condition I can. It is a collaboration and together we have ensured that my teeth and gums are in its best shape. Thank you so much especially to my oral hygienist Sabina Ismail and my dentist Dr Josephine Prasad.
