Friendly and efficient service as always from receptionists through to hygienist and dental nurses. Didn’t visit the dentist today but she spoke to me and checked in. Thank you, a brilliant team of professionals.

My experience

The staff are lovely but I never get into the appointment on time, they are always running late which is frustrating when I book a time around my own working hours. It can then make me late in my own role and impacts my day. I wouldn’t mind if it was once every now and then, but the appointment times are consistently behind schedule every time I visit

My sister has dementia and all the staff at AP Smilecare are sensitive and caring when I bring her in for check ups

Excellent treatment today as always. I travel over 20 miles to still visit AP Smilecare as there is no better dental practice. All of the staff are second to none - skilled, polite and always pleasant.

Got an emergency appointment this morning, had a cancellation so went earlier and had a diagnosis literally straight away. Got another appointment on Friday for an extraction after antibiotics. Great surgery.

Just had my hygienist appointment, from entering the reception and being booked in, very welcoming, seen on time, the hygienist Naihl was very informative and explained my treatment very clearly, Naihl then carried out a full inspection of my teeth and gums followed with a scale and polish. Great service as always.
