Hands down the BEST dentist in East Lancashire!

I had an excellent experience at AP Smile Care and can’t recommend them highly enough. In particular, dentist Dr. Ms Sarah Vali Kothia was incredibly welcoming, kind, and truly brilliant at what she does. She immediately put me at ease, explained everything clearly, and delivered outstanding care.
I also want to praise her assistant — together they made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. It’s dentists like Dr Sarah Vali Kothia who really put AP Smile Care on the map as being the best of the rest.
What really stands out is that AP Smile Care genuinely puts patients before profit, which is sadly rare these days. A truly exceptional dental practice with an exceptional dentist. Highly recommended.

Everything is so relaxed
I have been a patient at this practice for many many years, the staff on arrival are very friendly and helpful.
I accept that a lot of people don’t like to visit the dentist but everything is so relaxed and patients are put at ease by the staff and are told of everything that is going to happen prior to treatment commencing.

Very polite and welcoming
The staff were very polite and welcoming as usual. Sabina took time to explain my x-rays and did a superb job re. cleaning and polishing. Jo made me feel relaxed and confident that I was taking good care of my mouth! No problems at all and certainly no complaints about the service I received today —— and have always had for many years! Really disappointed with my experience today.
They do not make things clear at all. I rang initially and was told that a £75 consultation charge will be taken on phone. My wife needed an emergency so I was told that they would also do any treatment. No other costs were mentioned. We were also told after the appointment we could be put on the denplan. After the short appointment and we walked out we were called back as she had a small temporary filling and was charged another £75 on the spot there! Extremely disappointed and was told cannot go onto denplan until the work of nearly £1400 is done. So disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of clarity.

Been to the Hygieneist today and mrmbers of staff excellent. Our family have been clients of AP Smilecare since it was formed. Jo and her team have always provided an exceptional level of care and professionalism. I can say with 100% confidence that my teeth would not be in the condition they are without them. All the staff are very kind, caring and courteous, ranging from the excellent reception staff, hygienists and Dentist professionals and Dental nurses . I would highly recommend AP Smilecare to anyone. Just been to see the Hygienist today and the service was excellent as usual. Lovely people
