Very calm tone, clear and precise explanations used. Felt as though the dentist actually cares about my oral health unlike other dentists I've been to, who just seem to want to get the work done as quickly as possible with little customer care.

Excellent, From going into the reception to leaving. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Sabina is always so lovely and very caring, as well as being a great hygienist. My dentist Sara is a great dentist, also with a very kind personal touch, and makes you feel totally at ease, she is very informative and efficient.

First class visit
First class visit as usual. What strikes me is the level of preventative care given. Previous advice given about hygiene methods have led to a huge reduction in plaque tests to only 4.7%. Quite remarkable.

I was late but managed to have a shorter appointment. Good job done by hygienist Jake. My husband Robin Duffy came a month ago. He had suffered a bleed to the brain and missed his appointment along the way. We were very impressed in the way the staff treated him, from meeting him at the door, using the stair lift, the care of the hygienist and the dentist towards him. Very grateful. Job well done. Xx
