A truly happy customer
Excellent service as per usual! I went in for my 6 monthly check up and I have to say that it was a joyful experience all round. The moment I entered I was met with warm, pleasant, eager to help, courteous and professional individuals. The dental practice was bright and positive and I really appreciated the Easter decorations. I feel truly blessed to have AP Smilecare as my dental practice because I feel that they have helped me from always being apprehensive about visiting the dentist to looking forward to it. I’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to Joe for tailoring an individual dental regime for me personally and thus helping me to achieve my goal of having an easy daily dental regime which maintains my teeth and gums in perfect health without me needing to give it a thought. I would also like to say a HUGE thank you to Sabina, my EXCELLENT oral hygienist, I am immensely grateful to you and it is always a joy to see you because my teeth feel brand new afterwards! I am already looking forward to my next visit.

A great service
Arrived at practice 10 mins prior to appointment, welcomed and booked in by a reception team that are always polite and friendly. Joe then greeted me and took me to her treatment room, Joe asked health related questions and began a full oral check up, Joe and her assistant, were very calming and professional as always. I asked a question about an issue I had and Joe gave me a number of options, when I selected one of the options, Joe made me an appointment for next week, to resolve my minor issue, what a great service.
I was then taken to see the hygienist, I was greeted and seated again a full check and comparisons from my last visit, Shabina and her assistant proceeded to remove plaque and gave my Teeth a good polish, Shabina was giving advice and guidance in a friendly and professional manner.
The whole Team at AP Smilecare are a credit to the Profession of Dentistry, Thank you Joe and your Team.

Emergency Treatment of decayed tooth
My experience at AP Smilecare was extremely positive. I was seen exactly on time and did not have to wait. The place is well kept and professional staff from receptionists to the dental nurse. My dentist Phil Gale was excellent, who was attentive and explained everything quite well. He has carried out the necessary treatment that has taken care of the issue well. I have signed up with them as a private patient after my appointment, as I was extremely satisfied with their overall service.

An excellent service
I had pain and swelling to my gums, cheek and tooth pain. I emailed the practice my pictures and was provided with an emergency appointment on the day. I saw Jo (My usual dentist) who was amazing and provided an excellent service. She explained that I had an infection, needed antibiotics and a review was booked for 2 weeks later. Overall, a fantastic service, the email was dealt with by the manager, being seen by Jo and colleague and receiving a follow appointment. I always know that I am in safe hands and will always receive the best advice.

Smooth filling at AP Smilecare
Recently returned to AP Smilecare for a follow-up on my composite filling. Dr Patel and her dental nurse, Saff, make a great team. Saff always appears to have a welcoming smile as she ushers patients into their appointment room. Dr Patel explains everything clearly and patiently answers all questions, effectively addressing my initial nervousness about the filling (first one in years!). After two injections, my lower right molar was numb and ready for the composite filling.
Following the procedure, I noticed a slight discomfort while chewing due to the filling feeling slightly high. I returned two weeks later, and Dr Patel promptly adjusted it, eliminating the discomfort and ensuring a proper bite. It feels much better now, even though it is only the first day. I am now confident about returning for my other lower left molar filling and any future dental needs.
As a former patient of Dr Lee’s surgery in my childhood, I highly recommend AP Smilecare. They consistently deliver the same high-quality care and professionalism I remember.
