Had a crown fitted today, I would like to say the process from my first visit to the fit today has been exceptional.
From arriving at the reception area you are given a warm welcome, the staff are always pleasant and friendly.
Overall I always find my visit to the dentist enjoyable with any anxiety quickly disappearing.

I have been with this dentist practice since 1991, and would not dream of moving. Although it has changed hands a few times I have always received excellent service from everyone who has worked there. My husband, children and now my grandchild all use this dentist. I first attended when I work brought me to the area in 1995. I'm with Denplan. I've never once contemplated moving to another practice as, although there was a slight dip in service around the turn of the millennium, I rate the provision now as consistently excellent. I'm surprised by some of the few negative reviews posted as these are wholly at odds with my own experience. I have invariably been courteously received and professionally treated.
