I've been going to AP Smilecare for many years, and am always pleased with my treatment there. The problems I've had and remedial treatment required have been explained thoroughly by Simon, as well as being advised how to avoid problems in the future. The remedial work (primarily fillings, but also root canal treatment and extraction) has been carried out expertly in a safe and comfortable environment.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for dental care.

The. Best. Dentist. Ever. = Jo.
I have been going to AP Smilecare for years. I am on the highest Denplan option.
Jo is just the best. She is friendly, remembers the dumb stories you tell her, explains everything that's happening in your mouth in detail, gives you cost effective options and importantly: does good dental work.
Having had dental work in three different countries and with at least 10 dentist, I trust Jo the most. Her fillings don't fall out. She actually cares.
The surgery itself: friendly and helpful staff, accessible emergency appointments and helpful appointment reminders.

I have been attending this dental practice for many years and cannot praise them enough. The environment is clean. The reception staff are very obliging, they show a natural ability to greet you and make you feel welcome. My dentist is Mr S. Nangle, very kind, caring and professional. Always explains fully what he is doing and what needs doing. Hygienist and dental nurses completes a wonderful supportive team. On the whole it's a practice that goes 'the extra mile'

Felt at ease during my routine visit as the surgery has very good covid precautions in place,
Being someone who has never felt comfortable visiting the dentists Jo and the team have looked after me for many years and they thoroughly explain everything, making me feel relaxed and confident in the treatment plan.
I trust them and no longer feel anxious about visiting as I know they are bringing the smile back on my face.

Had my hygienist with appointment today, was met at the door and taken straight to the treatment room, the hygienist(Sabina) and her assistant were most welcoming and friendly. the procedure was first class(again) and I was given advice on how best to look after my oral hygiene, from brushing and use of brushes. my treatment was first class and painless. what a credit under these difficult times to have such a caring profession who are a credit to the dental profession.

I cannot speak too highly of this Practice .I have been with them for almost 20 years. The staff are highly professional , with a welcoming friendly approach. I have had a very successful major implant procedure on the premises, and not having to go to the hospital made it so much easier to bear. The follow up treatment was impeccable. I have never felt rushed and always feel that I have had the best of care.
I have had two problems during Lockdown. I rang for advice , but instead was seen without delay and given a lot of time. Problems solved and courtesy follow up phone call. I feel very lucky to be their patient !
The clinic is pristine and the staff patient and generous with time, in spite of all the PPE they are wearing which must be pretty exhausting !

The staff are friendly and premises are really clean and bright.
I book the first appointment of the day when going for a check up. I cannot remember ever being in the dentists chair at the appointment time. Alway 10 Or 15 minutes later. Seems to be every time as well, not just with Covid.
