Absolutely fantastic service, i was in excruciating pain on a Saturday night, got a appointment at 8.40pm, Dentist Hamza was brilliant,put my mind at ease and talked me tho tooth extraction, even when the tooth split and roots stayed, 😬persevered and got out, im so impressed im joining the practice...thank u again no more pain.

I needed emergency help. The practice was very welcoming and the dentist very professional. I felt very comfortable, everything was explained and all without fuss.

Contacted Blackwater Dental Surgery at a very unsociable hour in the morning and they were very helpful.
I arrived in the morning and was pleasantly surprised at the facilities and the service from the staff which soon put my nerves at ease.
I was seen almost immediately and had the tooth extracted in less than 20 minutes.

I came here as an emergency on a Sunday and was seen quickly and given antibiotics. I was seen again on Tuesday morning after feeling too much pain and my wisdom tooth was removed. I am a very nervous patient and Dr Hamza was very kind throughout and reassuring. The receptionist is also lovely and put me at ease when I first came to Blackwater. I think I have found my new dentist!

I made an emergency appointment on a Sunday but didn’t have any childcare so my baby had to come with me. There was an all women team working who were all superstars. They were so quick and efficient, there was no judgement and they didn’t question me about why I had my baby with me. They made me feel so at ease and explained everything quickly but thoroughly which was very reassuring. They fixed the problem on the spot and I was in and out within an hour. Thank you so much
