The service I’ve received from Blackwater Dental Surgery has been excellent. Twice I’ve needed urgent treatment and they’ve accommodated me the same day or night. On one occasion treated me at 9:30pm the same day. I’ve not come across any surgery before that have been able to help me so promptly before. Honest, professional service

Took partner with an abscess to an emergency appointment. Had to have 2 teeth taken out. He said the dentist was "fantastic" and really put him at ease. Online form was easy to understand and fill in. Got a call in less that a minute after sending. We are really impressed with the staff, cleanliness, professionalism and the whole experience.

I visited this afternoon for an emergency appointment as I was in excruciating pain from a broken tooth. Dr Ahmed Amer was one of the nicest dentists I’ve come across put me at so much ease and reassurance all throughout what was a tricky extraction. I appreciated being able to get an appointment this afternoon all round experience which wasn’t pleasant for me was made so much better by all the staff 😊

Walked in as an emergency on Saturday with my 10yr old son, after having an accident and chipping half his front tooth. Was seen to very quickly and I can't thank the staff enough for their help.

Had an emergency extraction done today. If you have any sort of anxiety disorder this is the best place for you - I was in and out in under 15 mins. No pain during the extraction, friendly staff and incredibly accommodating with the appointment! The only dentist I will ever use from now on.

Was very surprised to get an appointment on a Sunday. The service i was received was exceptional.

I saw Dr Ahmed as an emergency patient on a Sunday this May and he was extremely professional and gave me several options as to how to proceed with my treatment. I decided to have an implant and having had implants before this I can honestly say this was virtually painless as compared with my previous implants carried out elsewhere. I would also say the pricing was very competitive too. I would definitely recommend him and this practice and should I need further procedures I will definitely use this practice.

After experiencing a bad tooth pain, I was referred by the NHS and received amazing service, ran through all the options, didn’t rush me into making a decision unlike most private dentists I’ve come across, manageable charges and great informative advice offered.
