From the moment I called to book my appointment, the receptionist Samantha was welcoming and efficient, answering all my questions patiently. The dentist Dr Hamza was equally fantastic! Very professional, gentle, and attentive. The whole team made my visit comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended 10/10

The tooth extraction done for my mother here and the service provided was amazing. The care taken during the service was very good, DR Hamza was very patient in doing his work and did it with utmost care, taking care of the patient.
Would recommend him and also the clinic is neat and clean with new equipments.

This dentist surgery really understands the urgency needed to treat someone in pain and I’m so glad I found them! Outstanding service from start to finish - booked as emergency at 8am for a 9.45am appointment, quick x-ray and consult with the dentist who confirmed infected wisdom tooth, antibiotics given straight away. Less than five minutes from start to finish, no messing! Incredible customer service. Thank you so much!

Best Emergency Dentist – Highly Recommended!

I cannot thank Blackwater Dental enough, especially Dr. Hamza, who is truly the best of the best. I was waiting for a hospital referral to get three wisdom teeth removed, and the pain had become unbearable. Thankfully, I found Blackwater Dental and they saw me as an emergency.
Dr. Hamza managed to extract all three teeth quickly and completely pain-free — I honestly couldn’t believe it! The care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team were outstanding.
If you're in pain or need urgent dental care, I would 100% recommend Blackwater Dental. They truly are the best!

So my partner was in excruciating pain all day, we had been trying to find an NHS dental practice for my partner to be seen even waiting on 111 for a reply, My son found this Dental group to which they said they could see us within an hour and a half which in my eyes was quick seeing as we live in Basingstoke. When we arrived my partner was so distraught with anxiety and pain and she was extremely hot to which the kind receptionist turned the air-conditioning on to try and cool her down, very caring and full of empathy as she could see my partner was distressed. The dentist too was very empathetic to my partner and performed an amazing service for her. We are very impressed with the whole service. Fully recommend this service to anyone..

Not my experience but got an appointment for my mum today and was sorted very quick and efficient. Such lovely staff and reasonable prices, same day appointment !
My mother was absolutely delighted with how well the staff treated her considering she has high anxiety and was in tremendous pain now she’s pain free and very thankful 🤩😁
