Came to them on Easter Sunday for the first time in incredible pain after my usual dentist told me my tooth pain was due to “stress”. Dr Ahmed Amer immediately identified the massive crack in a molar and unfortunately had to extract it as it had become infected and couldn’t be salvaged.
He numbed the area completely (something that previous dentists had issues doing). I decided to have an implant so have been back twice more to complete the treatment.
Every visit was seamless and every time I was treated with kindness. All staff members from reception to medical were so professional and efficient. Dr Amer is quite honestly the best dentist I’ve had. I couldn’t recommend he or the practice more highly - especially in an emergency.

We don't live in the UK and our son broke both of his front teeth in half when we were at a hotel nearby.
The accident was at 9:15am on Sunday and by 11am he was in the chair, and then less than 45 mins later Dr Ahmed had fixed his teeth with composite bonding and you genuinely can't tell the difference. It's as if the accident never happened.
Incredible service for a Sunday and fantastic quality for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Dr Ahmed Amer is an actual life saver, came out to the practice at 9pm last night (a Sunday) and drained an incredibly painful abscess and extracted the problem tooth, he made the process as easy as possible for me and was very patient and professional.
Not to forget the dental nurse who also did all of the above, thank you both so incredibly much.

I needed an emergency dentist appointment for a filling. I googled 111 dentists and up popped Blackwater dental surgery. I booked an appointment for a Saturday morning on Thursday and the following Saturday I was having the appointment.
The people who work there are amazing I’d highly recommend this place

Excellent treatment !! I was given an emergency appointment and expecting to need an extraction but after consultation was given more options. I have been quite phobic of dentists and left my problem for several years, so couldn’t believe my tooth could be saved. The procedure and equipment was very high-tech and everything seemed immediately to-hand. I was also able to talk through any issues I had and was given an extended appt. The service was very professional and friendly.
