I had my tooth extracted from my registered dentist the week before and they fractured my Alveolar (gum bone). Blackwater dental surgery saw me on Saturday at 9pm and helped with the pain and again on Wednesday to fix the fracture and I’m now on the mend.
Fantastic that I could get an emergency appointment so late on a Saturday.
I have already registered my family at this dental practice for the future.

Very quick and probably the least stressful dental appointment I've ever had considering I had 2 teeth out and a few stitches. Everyone is very friendly and I felt I got a great service.

Went there as I had an ache all weekend! Got there and had an X-ray gave me my options, decided to take out the tooth. From a childhood experience avoided the dentist like the plague! They are so good and felt comfortable was done in 5 mins! Would 100% go back! And recommend using them! The best and comfortable experience I’ve had with a dentist!

Fitted us in even though it was almost closing time. My husband also in a lot of pain. But he was constantly reassured and the offending tooth was removed quickly.

Considering it was a Sunday and a high demand for emergency dental treatment, from booking the appointment to tooth extraction it took just under 3 hours, all staff involved from the receptionist to the dentist were very professional and curtious. Thanks to all for a relatively pain free experience and a comprehensive treatment plan.

I needed an emergency appointment as I had cracked my tooth in half.
I was called back promptly and given an appointment for an hour later.
Both the nurse and the Dentist who treated me were fantastic. Reassuring and kind in their manner and I was informed at every stage of the treatment. This resulted in an extraction, which although was naturally uncomfortable was at no point painful.
Obviously I'm not in a rush to go again, however if needed to would be confident that the care would be as good.
