Called and got an appointment for my son the next day (a Sunday) my son was very tearful after his tooth came off after being repaired several times at another dentist. Ahmed was really patient with him and explained each option clearly and being considerate to my son’s emotional state he built up his broken tooth calmly and professionally it looks amazing! Visited with an infection causing serious pain and swelling. Got to be grateful to dental services open on a Sunday. Really clean and smart premises. Very polite and pleasant. Reception and Dr Amer. I was in a world of pain, so grateful for an experience that was as pleasant as it could be for me... which was never going to be particularly nice for me!

Explained the underlying problems and options for future resolution, for which I was grateful. Prescribed antibiotics to help resolve the immediate devastation. If I proceed privately for any removal or route canal I will return to Blackwater Dental.

I can’t recommend Blackwater Dental enough. After cracking a tooth the day before I was due to fly for my friend’s wedding, I was in pain, anxious, and completely thrown. The team at Blackwater were incredibly kind and efficient. They got me seen quickly, calmly talked me through my options, and started treatment straight away to relieve the pain so I could travel the next day.

Fatima was so gentle and reassuring throughout the entire root canal process. She explained everything clearly and made me feel genuinely safe, which means a lot as an anxious patient.
