I’m currently having a whitening course alongside needing an implant and I’m extremely impressed with the professional standard of the process/surgery. Samantha Cole on reception was super friendly, helpful and comforting when she noticed I was nervous.
Ahmed was brilliant with my treatment, providing a calm and reassuring environment.
They are both great asset’s to the team.

Absolutely amazing dr abdel was so kind and considerate. I was very nervous and I had to have a surgical e traction and full filling replacement and a dental implant post inserted and I can honestly tell everyone out there who line me are scared of the dentist then come to Blackwater dental they are lovely.

I was in extreme pain with a wisdom tooth problem. I called the Blackwater Dental Surgery & Implant Centre and was given an emergency appointment (10;30am) on 12th May 2026.
When I arrived I was greeted by a number of the very friendly staff, I was made to feel at ease and the dentist who treated me was friendly, courteous, professional and dealt with me to ease my fears and worries.
After an Xray and treatment my Wisdom tooth was extracted, I think I was more worried about the pain but it was over in a flash, no pain.
I would highly recommend this practice.
I have given them Five Stars and if I Could give more I would, excellent service and fantastic staff.

Very pleased with my hygiene appointment today. I'm a nervous patient and Warda completely understood this and took her time explaining the process, calmed me down and gave me frequent breaks throughout. She constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok.

After having toothache for 5 days and on antibiotics it still wasn’t better. Rang on a Sunday to get an emergency appointment and got one for same day. Tooth taken out in10 mins and everyone was so lovely. Can highly recommended
