I had a really bad toothache, and decided to book an emergency appointment. Well, what a lifesaver Dr Hamza Iljaz has been. Turns out my tooth was so rotten, it had to be pulled. From diagnosis to the tooth coming out, it took 15 minutes. I am a nervous patient, but I felt very much at ease. It's easy to book an appointment online, easy to get to. I am now registered with the practice and will register my daughter too. Thank you so much for helping me this evening. Kind regards Miranda

I had an excellent experience at this dental practice in Blackwater. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and well-maintained the clinic is—it immediately gives you confidence in their standards of hygiene.
The reception team were welcoming, professional, and very organised, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The dental staff were equally impressive—knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly committed to providing high-quality care. i had been in some pain for a few days. on Saturday night i decided i needed to see a dentist urgently. unfortunately on Sunday most dentists are closed. having seen Blackwater Dental Surgery & Implant Centre was open i was able to book an emergency appointment for 08.30 the very next morning. having seen the dentist he offered me two options root canal or extraction. i chose the root canal. the procedure itself i wont lie was unpleasant as there was an abscess under the tooth itself that was difficult to numb. but the dentist kept giving me more anaesthetic to try to alleviate the pain and was very apologetic not that it was his fault of course. the dentist performed the root canal and managed to numb the abscess much to my relief.
overall i was very impressed with the professionalism and most of all the efficiency of this practice. on the NHS id would have had to wait months for an appointment. total time from booking the appointment to the root cannel being done was maybe 8hrs on a Sunday as well which is very impressive!
well deserving of 5 stars

Had top and bottom implants, all in the same day. Professional and absolutely fantastic experience. The temporary teeth look amazing. Only part that hurt was the injections, but i expected that. Thank you so much Ahmed, for looking after me so well. Can't praise you enough.

My mum contacted this practice yesterday (Saturday) at 1250 for emergency treatment. This is not her usual dentist due to the distance from home. By 1400 she was already being seen, with a clear treatment plan laid out, including different options and transparent pricing.
As a nervous patient attending alone, she was understandably anxious, but the team were incredibly patient and kind. They even allowed her to wait for family members who were travelling to be with her, which meant a great deal.
By 1530 she had undergone an extraction and implant, with a plan to return in six weeks for follow-up work. Her pain and discomfort were minimal throughout.
Beyond the clinical skill, what really stood out was how compassionate and reassuring the team were. They explained everything clearly before, during, and after the procedure, and made sure she felt at ease throughout.

The go to dentist. 8 white fillings and 4 extractions I was very unfortunate to have neglected myself for so long but now I have quite literally Invisible fillings and a perfect smile like I’ve always wanted. I’m never going to touch another energy drink. Been worth the experience with very patient caring dentists so friendly non judgemental. I was actually embarrassed to show the state of my teeth but no one judged me at all like my painful childhood memories. I recommend

Called in the morning to make an emergency appointment and managed to get seen that night. Ended up having to have a wisdom tooth removed which they were able to do immediately. Super professional, friendly and speedy. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I was suffering severe pain from an infection, I didn't even get time to fill out the online forms before the surgery called me and got me in within an hour of booking, completed the necessary dental work within the 15 minute appointment with no fuss. Very professional and would definitely recommend.
