This was my first time visiting the surgery, l had an emergency appointment. From the moment l walked Samantha the lovely lady on reception was warm, welcoming and put me at ease ( l am a very nervous patient). Dr Abdel was excellent, he was calm and made me feel extremely comfortable. The examination went well and we have found the correct course of treatment l require. I can not recommend the surgery enough! Thank you for looking after me today!

Best dental experience I have ever had in my life! I woke up with a massive toothache, pain was unbearable. Rang Blackwater Dental Surgery hoping they could help and they did within 15 minutes of my phone call! Absolutely amazing, dentist explained everything and within minutes I was out, pain free. Mother's Day lost a filling! I arranged an appointment with this dentist as was attended by Abdul. What I liked most is that Abdul did exactly what I asked him to do. No extended conversation about how bad my teeth are, what needs to happen, what they could do. It was bliss. Came away with a filling, well executed and I will be going back. Highly recommend!

I recently had all on 4/6 full upper & lower jaw implants done by Dr Ahmed Amer at Blackwater Dental ,something I'd been putting off for far to long due to bad experience in the past. I only wish I'd have done this earlier, Dr Ahmed Amer & his team put all my fears behind me where they belong, Dr Ahmed & his team were patient & caring with a very nervous customer i can't praise them enough. I'm a month down the line now & all is well. Anyone out there that's been putting something off like this for whatever the reason give Blackwater Dental a call I'm glad I did

These guys are amazing! I lost what I thought was a crown at the front of my mouth. Turns out it was also my tooth. They gave me an emergency treatment on a Saturday evening and also confidence in a longer term plan. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and at no point did they make me feel embarrassed. I will definitely be having longer term treatment there . THANK YOU 🤩

I was very nervous and anxious as I havent been to the dentist in a while.
But I was made to feel so comfortable and out at ease straight away.
The staff was polite and very friendly, and my dentist was a wonderful man that explained everything in great detail, I feel very reasured abiut future treatments I will be having with them.

After suffering bad toothache all weekend I decided I needed to visit an emergency dentist and I’m so pleased I found Blackwater dental surgery & implant centre. They saw me promptly (on a Sunday!) and, after an x ray, explained the treatment I would need and the cost before they went ahead. They were caring, well priced and explained everything as they went through the procedure. Hats off to them - I thoroughly recommend.

I came with a sharp excruciating pain on my lower molar that started midnight. Secured first emergency appointment at 0830. I was seen promptly by Dr. Abdel and showed my xray of the tooth and rightly suggested an extraction. It was 100% painless extraction as he promised. Recommended next steps. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had to visit on very short notice for an emergency appointment and the staff were amazing throughout the whole process. As someone who has never had any sort of dental procedure, I felt rather nervous about visiting, but the staff were extremely helpful, calm and reassuring. They spoke me through many different options clearly, and helped me choose the best option for my situation and we opted for a complex extraction. This process was extremely quick and they really helped make it as painless and smooth as possible. The procedure took about 20 minutes total, and throughout this I was able to listen to my own music to help make me feel comfortable. They were extremely clear in terms of aftercare and recovery process, and now it's the day after, I feel surprisingly good. Overall, really outstanding service, thank you so much for your help! :)
