Blackwater Dental Surgery and implant Centre

I’ve just had a new crown fitted and my teeth cleaned absolutely wonderful Dentist, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I had my wisdom teeth removed today, the experience is superb! The surgeon is amazing and staff are super friendly! They made me feel a lot less nervous and anxious! Highly recommended!

Very well treated by all of the staff here, very kind and helpful and makes every visit enjoyable. Dr Hamza done very well with my crowñ fit and all of the dentistry work in general was great. Thank you for a nice experience

I had a very pleasant experience at the dentist today! The dentist was so helpful, efficient and informative. He helped me make the best decision for my tooth, and I had it extracted with minimal pain and discomfort. It was a 10 minute procedure that I was so nervous about, but the dentist made it worry-free and very comfortable for me. I am really happy I chose this dentist and I will be returning in the future if needed:) Also, very pretty office, calm and elegant.

I called them in the morning and got an emergency appointment for the same afternoon, which was very helpful — thank you very much for this!
Even though it was an emergency appointment, we were still seen at the time we were booked, though we had to wait for another hour before getting treatment.
The ability to watch cartoons on the big screen in the treatment chair is very helpful for little kids, especially for those who are visiting for the first time. My son was even allowed to pick the cartoon he liked.
However, my son's dentist accidentally injured his lip, causing it to bleed, which scared my son. Additionally, some liquid they used made the injury more painful.
At the end, I was asked to leave a review. The lovely receptionist helped me open the correct page and, with a press of their hand, selected 5 stars. It felt like I had no choice... Even so, I would have left a review there.
But five minutes after we left, I received a call asking why I had left bad feedback. (I'm not sure what happened with their system, but the review the receptionist helped me leave wasn’t saved, or perhaps it was altered.)
I feel like I have no freedom to leave the review I want, or to not leave one at all.

Hopefully, my review will help the dentists improve.

A very polite and professional service. Friendly team and a thorough process

I had my wisdom teeth and one above it removed here yesterday. I was in severe pain before that for past 3 days, called 111 got absolutely no help apart from a few numbers to call, which, refused to see me. They said that they don’t have any slots. I started to have headaches and fever, felt lethargic ( signs of impending sepsis/ sepsis )

My lymph nodes were getting enlarged gradually, I couldn’t eat, speak properly or sleep. The pain was getting more and more severe day by day, we travelled to a lot of places to get help at NHS, only to be refused

Then we called black water dental surgery, they kindly accepted on a very short notice, examined me and took tooth out, and frankly it wasn’t easy, the last molar was impacted and horizontally placed instead of being vertical, gums here very inflamed. The doc had to incise the gums to expose it and then break it to scoop it out. He did his job very well

I won’t say that all of this was cheap but trust me it’s cheaper than many of the dental surgeries I researched about around camberley, farnborough and the neighbouring area. Of course not be compared with London ( which is very expensive )

My feedback : please prescribe some strong pain meds post op, in my case paracetamol and ibuprofen didn’t work, I had to go to emergency to ask for stronger pain meds

Everything very good

I popped in to the surgery on my way past and they were able to see my 2yr old there and then. They were really good with him and even put baby shark on the TV to entertain him! He loved it and it was a completely stress free experience for both of us.

Always good, Miss Shawkat is lovely and very gentle.

Now that it’s all done, I can confidently say that getting dental implants was one of the best decisions of my life. My new teeth feel completely natural, and I can eat all my favorite foods without any worries. Plus, my smile has never looked better—I’ve reclaimed my confidence!
