Best service I have had at a dentist booked my appointment at 230am online the pain I was in was unbearable needed a tooth extraction booked in at 845am left at 9.05 with tooth out unbelievable service and I usually hate the dentist would strongly recommend what a service no waiting straight in thank you very much, much appreciated

Saw my young son promptly after a rugby accident damaged a tooth, and delivered an excellent service.

Friday night my tooth started hurting, I barely slept. By Sunday, I hadn’t slept at all, I was in utter agony, and the NHS couldn’t help me. My partner called Blackwater and they gave me a same day appointment a few hours later.
I’m a very nervous patient, but I was too tired and in too much pain to care (even pharmacist approved painkillers were not working)
Dr Amer was great, he did an assessment very quickly, discovered that my childhood filling had failed and my tooth had died, gave me the options of root canal in two parts or an extraction. I went for the extraction because in my pain-addled mind I decided that it would be quicker and easier, I just wanted it over. I think it took about 10 minutes… he jabbed me up and for the first time in 36 hours it no longer felt that my head was imploding. Then he told me he was going to test it to make sure it was numb, after the first yank it was obvious that was a kind fib, but I didn’t care because I couldn’t feel a thing. Then my tooth was on a table and I was being given guidance on how to look after myself and antibiotics.
Dr Amer made it all very quickly and easy, would highly recommend in an emergency.
My only warning is that the website makes it look like the prices will be much lower than they are. I knew it would be the case however in the room I was told it would cost £295, when I paid it was £360 because the £295 didn’t include the consultation or antibiotics.
Just something to bear in mind if you’re on a budget, but absolutely worth it in my opinion because as I said, I was in agony.

My appointment was yesterday so I’m still dealing with recovery, but all being well I would absolutely recommend Blackwater and Dr Amer specifically.

Absolutely fantastic service! I needed an emergency appointment on a Sunday called at 8:45 had an appointment booked for 9:30.
Fast and efficient service and very friendly and polite, had a check up, x ray and prescribed antibiotics and out within 30 minutes.
Very reasonably priced, I would highly recommend and I will be looking to move to you guys permanently!

Absolutely made to feel at ease, Ana is a fantastic Dentist made me feel comfortable and not nervous at all. The receptionist Sam was Amazing warm and friendly. Went above and beyond to make me feel not so scared. I will Definitely recommend to all My friends and family. Amazing Experience.
