A fantastic service. Knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

I am giving this clinic 4 stars for the facility itself; it is spotless, professional, and the 24/7 availability is an essential service for the community. These aspects gave me a high level of trust initially.

However, I cannot give 5 stars because of the disappointing lack of humanity . My mom had been in agonizing pain for two days and was understandably emotional and vulnerable. While the doctor was 'nice' in a surface-level way, he was completely uncaring. The moment the extraction was over, he didn't even look at her or ask how she was feeling; he immediately walked away to process my payment.

We were rushed out as if she were a business transaction rather than a suffering human being. Tooth pain is one of the worst pains a person can have, and to see a doctor treat a patient with such clinical coldness was heartbreaking. Dentists are doctors, and they should behave like ones by treating the person, not just the procedure. I hope the clinic realizes that all the cleanliness in the world can't make up for a total lack of empathy.

I truly appreciate the high-quality facility you have built here, and I hope this feedback helps the team bring that same level of excellence to your patient care. With a little more empathy, this would easily be the best clinic in the area.

I had a tooth extraction on saturday night! I rang and they said to come in for 9pm! The dentist was brilliant he removed my tooth that night. Mum said how lovely the receptionist was too. Best dentist ive ever been too!

Booked in for emergency check up after infection from a wisdom tooth on a Sunday. Came in at 12:30, by 1:05 I was diagnosed and the tooth was out. Great, quick, easy service, thank you

Amazing dental clinic!! It looks modern and has the latest equipment for dentistry, as a dental nurse myself after witnessing the procedure I went through it was all handled with professionalism and gentle care which is exactly what is needed! Dr Hamza and his staff were very good at explaining the procedure and made me comfortable before going through with it. I do recommend this clinic for anyone who needs any treatment!!

Amazing, I was so nervous about having 2 teeth extracted but Dr Hamza was so wonderful helping me relax and explaining everything to me. If I need him to stop for a moment he did. I would thoroughly recommend going here especially if your nerves.

Great team... I just had a crown replacement.. the whole team is very nice from receptionists to hygienist to dental surgeon.. I had a pleasant experience right from registration to hygiene to now crown replacement.

My wife had issue with her tooth implant which was done 9 years ago. Contacted the Blackwater Dental Surgery on Saturday and got the response almost immediately and booked an appointment on the same day. After the consultant, found out it was not done properly, had slight decay underneath and had to be removed as soon as possible. The removal was done straightaway. Great service and the staff were very friendly.
Highly reccomend it to everyone; specially during emergencies, you will be looked after well.

Came in with extreme dental pain due to an extraction my dentist couldn't do. They had the problem solved within 20 minutes with the tooth out and no more pain. Very much recommended.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish, I have been turned down/scared away from removal of my wisdom tooth over the course of 6 years and found Blackwater yesterday as I had a swollen face and was in a lot of pain, Sam at reception was great and managed to get me in for a consultation straight away. Dr Ahmed and his nurse were absolutely incredible, they were calm and walked me through the whole procedure and could tell he had a lot of experience and I right away felt at ease. They even managed to get in for a same day surgery to remove the impacted tooth which was just brilliant, I finally found a dentist that removed the tooth for me that had been causing me years of agony and the aftercare and explanation of medication has been brilliant. Thank you to Dr Ahmed and his incredible team I couldn’t be more grateful for them helping me when in dire need xx

I am beyond grateful to this dental practice. To particularly Dr Fatima and Dr Ahmed. I had a nasty complex back molar extraction done at another practice which resulted in a few issues all of which were so painful. They were professional, efficient and kind.
I feel reassured by their dentistry and advice.
I highly recommend this practice and am so grateful that I am now on their books.

Best dentist I have visited 24 hour ! When your in pain they will help what ever the situation they will fix it and let’s just say they definitely know their stuff ! They are great with anxious patients like myself explain everything to you visited them 2/3 times now. So polite and kind and do not judge and they do not rush you , very professional and actually care !

I’ve posted my enquiry to show just how quickly I got a phone call back! Was offered Sat night appointment but with children was just seen this morning. I am not a fan of dentists (who is!) however this practice is so clean, receptionists welcoming and the dentist I saw (Dr Amer) has this very calm energy. I am an exceptionally nervous dental patient however, it was such a thorough check, and the calming energy was very comforting and exactly what I needed. I am so impressed I am going to move myself and the children over to the practice. Thorough, informative, calm, reassuring… everything you need and want from a dentist!
