​From the very first call to set up the appointment, the communication was clear and reassuring. When I arrived, the transparency only continued. Dr. Hamza was excellent at explaining the results, the nature of the work needed, and was completely open about all my options, ultimately providing the best solution to resolve my severe toothache.

​What truly set this experience apart was Dr. Hamza's respectful and compassionate nature. I have a significant fear of the dentist, especially needles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and non-anxious. The complex tooth extraction itself was extremely quick and completely painless, which was a huge relief.

​Post-procedure, the aftercare information was incredibly helpful and easy to understand. Knowing I had support, Dr. Hamza also personally provided a number to call should I have any problems.

Both are excellent, professional, kind and friendly. Both dentists will explain everything to you. The very best injection ever!! I’ve never been to such professional and kind dentists. Please don’t go anywhere else, go to Blackwater Dental Practice, Sam receptionist is so friendly and welcoming as is Molly!! So sorry I don’t know everyone’s name, but please visit the surgery, they are the very very BEST!
