Very thorough and efficient

I was extremely happy with the whole process - initial sign up as NHS patient, booking system, and appointment time met. Initial assessment by Becca felt very thorough and efficient and I was reassured and happy with the 2 small pieces of work that she suggested. Appointment for that made on the day. Very happy to have signed up.
