The staff were great

Very professional, lovely practice and all the staff were great. I attended with two under 5’s and they loved picking a sticker and helping see how my X-rays were done. Best practice I’ve ever visited!

2 dental nurses with dentist, I guess 1 was in training and it would have been nice to be introduced to both to make them feel included a bit more, but not a problem for me. Treatment was explained and carried out professionally. Good first visit.

An experience to be commended

Visits to the dentist can be a concern but Bloxdent Smiles staff ensure that each patient is put at ease with their friendly, professional approach. The "experience" starts at reception where staff are efficient, friendly and professional. The Dentist and Hygienist again were professional, friendly and careful, explaining each aspect of treatment carefully before proceeding. Overall an experience to be commended.
