Appointment with Nicholas Downes for Root Canal treatment and removal of a broken tooth root. Everything was explained to me and I felt cared for and looked after and I didn’t even feel the broken tooth being removed.

So warm and welcoming

Came in with my tooth chipped
I am terrified of the dentist and the lady was so warm and welcoming and reassured me the whole way through and checked in multiple times if I was doing okay, came out with a beautiful fixed tooth and couldn't be happier

My experience at Bloxdent was amazing. Quick service, very knowledgeable staff and friendly and calming. Usually, I don't like going to the dentist but the member of staff I had, Mei was very chatty and friendly. Definitely would recommend to other people

I was treated with respect

I was seen on-time in a clean surgery which felt professional. I was treated with respect and politeness by both the reception staff and the dentist. The dentist explained everything to me, and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. Never have I been treated so well within the NHS
