Very helpful and compassionate

Bloxdent has restored my faith in local dentists.
I rang up struggling and they didn't turn me away like I've experienced with other dentists in the past. They listened to my concerns and got me in and agreed with my concerns and prescribed antibiotics and care details if it got worse over the weekend.

Able to park. Very good staff at reception and spotlessly clean building. Dentist listened to me and was excellent. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Couldn’t fault them

As I was driving to the dentist I was nervous but as soon as I got in, the receptionists were smiling and welcoming and the dentist and assistant were amazing! Couldn’t fault them!

A perfect filling

When I looked into the mirror after arriving home from the dentist, I could not believe that the filling in my front tooth was not noticeable. Thank you Becca for a perfect filling and thank you Bloxdent Smiles for fitting me in so quickly.

I was given excellent service, so professional, experienced and knowledgeable, made me very at ease and could not do enough for me. Such a friendly, warm, professional service. Kust joined today after being with another dentist and I had a bad experience with them. I was so delighted to get the service I received and look forward to my dentist visits and I know I am in great hands, brilliant, thank you so much

Very pleasant dentist. Very caring as I’m a nervous patient through childhood experiences of poor dentistry.
However very disappointed to be told that my tooth had died and if I wanted an extraction it would have to be private and not NHS. The dentist informed me she would not be confident in the procedure of extracting my tooth so I would have to pay private.
Surely you have other NHS dentist within your practice who could perform this extraction. Very disappointed if this is the case. I proceeded to have what was called a semi permanent filling as I was told I could not have an NHS filling.

This was my first visit to Bloxdent Smiles, the receptionist was very pleasant from booking in to arranging follow up appointments. The dentist I saw was also very pleasant and explained everything about the options in treatment and prices
