What a joy to deal with the dentist
This morning I visited the practice to register as an NHS patient as I required new Dentures. I easily filled in the required forms and luckily enough was able to see a Dentist straight away and started the chain of four further appointments.
What a joy to deal with the dentist and all the other staff who cared about the person, as opposed to some Practices who just want to sell services that are not required, not everyone wants teeth that are so white and unreal !!

I was disappointed with the communication, which has led to inconvenience to me and higher costs. I rang to make an appointment to see a specific dentist and explained that I needed two fillings that had fallen out. I was asked if I was in pain. I said that I wasn't. The dentist I wanted to see wasn't available for about a month, so I asked to see someone else. I was given an appointment to see someone in a couple of days. It wasn't until I was being seen at my appointment, that I discovered that I was only going to be given a temporary filling. I was then told I was going to have to come back for an assessment with someone else. Then there would be a third appointment to actually complete the treatment. None of this had been explained to me and I had expected that I'd have my fillings replaced at the first visit. Very poor communication! Three unexpected visits instead of one, three payments, and a lot of inconvenience!

An amazing experience
I had an amazing experience, as I’m quite terrified of the dentist and I had my teeth cleaned today and it was really good. I was very happy with my time in the chair. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the lady's name but her manner and reassurance and her work were incredible. I left very happy and I can’t say that’s ever happened to me before leaving a dentist.

Equally good with kids and adults
My whole family have been registered with Bloxdent Smiles in Chipping Norton. The place is great and clean. Everyone is incredibly professional and well trained. The medic that we see, Josh, is probably one of the most able dentists we have known. He is equally good with kids and adults. He is very thorough and efficient.
