I am a new patient

This was my first visit to your dental surgery. I found the experience excellent. My dentist explained and answered any queries I had clearly and efficiently. He was pleasant and respectful. The appointment was not rushed.

I had a tooth unexpectedly break on Easter Friday morning. Thankfully I wasn’t in pain, but I was quite concerned given the long weekend and the lack of available emergency dental cover locally. Despite that initial worry, I want to say that my overall experience with Bloxdent Smiles has once again been extremely positive. When I was seen the following week, Josh was absolutely excellent, professional, calm, and clearly committed to patient care. He kept me well informed throughout, explained everything clearly, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. What really stood out to me was the level of personal care. From the friendly and welcoming front desk team to Josh himself, the whole practice creates a genuinely reassuring environment. I don’t think I’ve ever had a dentist shake my hand to say hello and goodbye before, it’s a small gesture, but it reflects something much bigger about the culture here. Despite being a relatively new practice, it already has something quite unique and special that I haven’t experienced elsewhere in a long time. I would happily recommend them.

This is my first visit, the receptionist was helpful and kind and Josh the dentist and his assistant also. I felt in good hands. I had already registered but needed an urgent appointment after experiencing pain in my gums and was accommodated very quickly

I've been treated twice by Anya and both times I've been exceptionally happy with the service I've received. She is professional, compassionate and skilled - a real credit to the practice. Reception staff are also always very polite and friendly and I've never had an appointment that has been late. Everything always running smoothly and on-time.

The only point I found slightly unusual was the pricing structure, particularly the need to be assessed at each visit before any treatment could take place, which felt somewhat time-wasting from the visitor’s point of view, surely this could be assessed on a case to case basis
