I recently joined Bloxdent Smiles following its opening in September, and I’ve been genuinely impressed today at my first appointment. From the moment I arrived, the team were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The practice feels very clean, professional and well organised, but what stood out most was how people focused the team are. There’s a real sense of enthusiasm among the staff, and it creates a positive, reassuring atmosphere for patients. I felt listened to, comfortable throughout, and confident in the care I received. I’m very glad to have been offered a place at the practice and look forward to continuing my treatment there.

I had a very good experience at the dentist. The girls on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. The dentist too was very friendly, introducing herself and the dental nurse. It was the best dental experience I have had for years.

Bloxdent Smiles has been excellent so far. Appointments have been easy to make and all staff were friendly and professional. The point I would make is that sitting in the waiting room out side of the treatment room I could hear much of what was been said inside. It was not very private.
