A great surgery
Rang up for an emergency appointment with suspected infection. They told me to come straight down and I only waited 15-20 mins before seeing the dentist and an infection was confirmed, prescription for antibiotics given. Follow up call the next day to see how I was. From reception to dentist/dental and everyone in between nurse this is a great surgery.

Very disappointed, as I was arriving for my hygienist appointment to find out that it had been cancelled due to her having to go home poorly. Good management to get a call 10mins later to let me know that the other hygenist could see me as she had a cancellation. Well done team for being on the ball.
