Because of it being a very warm afternoon, on the day of my appointment, a fan in the waiting Room would have been appreciated, as there was only one small window, which was open in the small waiting area.

Thank you for your concerns, we appreciate your feedback.
Unfortunately due to health and safety we are unable to have fans in communal areas.
We do however have the downstairs waiting area where the door will be open in the hot weather.
