My experience

I have not been to dentist for a while as the last 2 appointments were cancelled by the dentist. When I went into the treatment room the dentist said we haven't seen you for a while! When I explained why, there was no appology or recognition. Very disappointing

Staff are friendly and efficient. I have used the dentist for many years now and would confidently recommend them. James and his dad before him have always looked after me through regular check ups and any repair work required.

My calm and reassuring experience

I don't like Dentists. As soon as I step over the threshold my heart rate doubles. In reception I was greeted with a friendly smile from Sue, who instructed me to go up the winding stairs to the waiting room before entering the torture room. At my appointment time I was invited into the spotlessly clean surgery by James. His mentor Dee was on holiday but had a very able assistant in Abby. By now my heart was racing, but enough about Abby. James was his usual calm and reassuring self and soon had me done and on my way looking forward to our next merry meeting.

A deep gum clean

Came today for a deep gum clean. I was petrified, but the hygienist and dental nurse put me at ease, explaining what she was doing.

Warm, friendly reception

The practice made my recent visit after over 2 years a very comforting one. I have been diagnosed with a very debilitating illness and unable to attend for such a long time. All the ladies on Reception, my Dentist and his wonderful nurse made me feel like I was the most important thing in their day. I was dreading attending today, but the warm, friendly reception I got was amazing. Thank you.

My experience

It was my first appointment at the surgery. The receptionist was attentive and efficient and I was seen on time.
My dentist introduced himself and his assistant and took a thorough history and examination. I was treated in a very professional and kindly manner and given an explanation of my treatment plan and answered all my questions. I feel fortunate that I have found a good dentist that I have every confidence in.
