Extraction

On Monday I started with toothache after a session with an electric toothbrush. I wasn't in agony but decided it needed attention. The receptionist gave me an appointment date of 13th March with the advice " If it gets any worse or affects sleep, get back in touch " After taking copious amounts of liquid and painkillers I was in agony and didn't sleep at all. A phone call got me an appointment time of 1015 on Thursday. At the allotted time I was welcomed in by Dee and her assistant James. I explained it had settled down to an acceptable level but he insisted on a thorough examination and after a consultation with Dee, decided an extraction was necessary. As usual they were helpful and reassuring which makes it almost a pleasure to attend ( Almost ).

Horwich Dental Practice

I attended for an appointment to replace a filing but the day before the adjoining tooth broke completely and Scott decided to work on this tooth to save what was left in preparation for a crown to be fitted in a few days time. A difficult task was immediately carried out very professionally with details of was being done at the same time.

Check up and hygienist

A lovely welcome by the Reception Staff at my regular 6 month check up and hygienist appointment. The dentist was very friendly but professional expaining everything clearly regarding the health of my teeth and gums as was the hygienist. A very pleasant visit. I have been using this family dental practice for years and would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Highly recommend

Thoroughly satisfied with the treatment and care provided by James Highton and Dina. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort whilst having a filling replaced. James and Dina continually checking whether I was doing OK, keeping me at my ease. Very professional but also very relaxed and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Thank you

I attended for a broken tooth repair. When it happened before Christmas I had a temporary bond put on which kept my tooth in good condition. I was a little nervous having not needed this type of treatment with an injection for many years but I needn’t have worried. No pain whatsoever and my tooth was repaired in 40 minutes, good as new. Thanks James and Dee.
