Severe toothache

I was able to get an immediate appointment for my severe toothache. Scott explained the problem and the solutions available and by discussing the different options, we were able to come up with a plan going forward, the only problem being that I have to wait a month for an appropriate appointment. Just hoping the pain subsides a little.

This dental practice gives exceptional patient care with the added bonus of excellent customer service. They take time to explain your dental needs in understandable layman’s terms. I truly appreciate Karen's concern shown me each time I visit.

I am always treated with respect

I have been attending this practice for many years. Even though staff members change I am always treated with respect and courtesy. Treatment - in every aspect of the word - is always first class.

My experience

It's always busy at the practice and waiting time for appointments is generally long but it's difficult to balance costs and patient waiting times without knowing the relative cost v benefits.
Generally the service is good and staff are all pleasant and knowledgeable.

As always, my visit was positive. My concerns were listened to and good advice was given. Both my dental surgeon and his nurse are lovely and we always enjoy a little chat and a laugh.
