I feel cared for.
From walking into the practice I feel cared for. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and usually by name. And although the staffing team remains professional, they always ask about other members of the family, without delaying other patients waiting to check in or out. They must be doing things correctly when younger grandchildren are not wary of going to the dentist.
