A thorough check up

Went in today for a check up and I'm always anxious after having tonsil cancer as I can't open my mouth too wide. Scot knows what I've been through and he gave me a thorough check up for which I'm always grateful.

Horwich Dental Practice

Saw the hygienist “Sammy” a couple of days ago - I was very disappointed as she was not as good or careful like other hygienists have been before. She was rough and spent more time talking to the nurse and didn’t pay attention to what she was doing. She also rushed me a lot I’ve never had a hygenist as bad. She ignored me waving my hand trying to get her to stop. Won’t be having her again Horwich Dental Practice get better staff or you will lose patients quick

Excellent as ever. Despite my inadvertent lateness all concerned, James, his assistant, the hygienist and her assistant and the receptionist staff rearranged things without fuss so that I could keep my checkup and hygienist appointment. Apologies again for my tardiness and again grateful thanks for the excellent service.
