Kindness and professionalism

Following the discovery of a lump under my tongue, James made a referral to the local hospital. After a range of tests a biopsy revealed cells associated with lymphoma. I took my most recent hospital communication with me. James treated me with the utmost kindness and professionalism at what is a slightly worrying time. As usual, everyone at the practice has treated me well.

I cannot fault their care

I have been a customer of the Horwich Dental Practice for some years and I cannot fault their care, professionalism and respect. They appear to be "in touch" with the real world and understand the problems faced by "ordinary" people.
