My wife and I have been "friends" of the Dentist since 1960's when Alan, starting out, as a newly qualified Dentist, in Bridge Street in Bolton. He managed to put my wife's jaw out. He did not panic, talking to her all the time and put the jaw back in place very swiftly. So we followed him to his new Surgery when he opened it in Horwich and and will continue with his Son James, who has now taken over the Practice. Indeed our two children, now in their 50's and grand children, in their late teens, have never been anywhere else. So I think you can say that, for over sixty years now we have been totally pleased with the care and attention we have received! Well done and keep on with the high quality of the work you are doing. Always friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, I had to have a tooth out. Dental procedures are a world away from my memories of the 70s as a child. The procedure was painless and I wasn't even aware the tooth was out. The advice given was clear and I was given a leaflet. This is a great idea as you don't always take everything in if you've just had a tooth out!

I have always attended this dental practice. Whenever there is an issue I am seen quickly. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have never seen any reason to go anywhere else.

Kind and efficient

Reception staff are always friendly, kind and efficient. I honestly cannot say anything other than positive things about both my dentist and his nurse, and the hygienist and her assistant, the attention to detail, kindness and professionalism are exactly what I would hope for in a dental practice.
