Very thorough and friendly.

Scott the dentist is very thorough - makes a full check of teeth, gums, tongue, mouth and throat health, along with some top tips thrown in.
He always starts the consultation asking how things are and if anything is bothering or annoying me which is great. Scott is very friendly and cheerful too, so it’s a pleasant experience visiting the dentist.

An excellent practice

This is an excellent dental practice. The Reception staff are polite, helpful and easily contactable by telephone should the need arise. My dentist, James, is very thorough during my appointment with him and explains clearly his evaluation of the consultation. When I had previously needed an emergency appointment for a broken tooth it was done quickly and effectively. His dental nurse is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I also see the Hygienist following my 6 monthly check and again the quality of dental provision cannot be faulted. An appointment is made for my next check up before leaving the premises. I have attended this practice for over 70 years and would certainly recommend it to others.

Check up and scale and polish

The hygienist talked me through each step of the appointment and was very kind and considerate. She was very thorough and explained what to do in order to improve my oral hygiene at home.
The dental nurse was very efficient and gentle. The hygienist ensured I was okay throughout the treatment and gave me regular breaks as and when I needed them. After completion of the treatment I felt my mouth was very clean and fresh and was provided with guidance on how to keep it this way.
I was then told to wait in the waiting area for a very short wait before going to see Scott, who made me feel comfortable and at ease with his very calm approach. The examination was explained as he went along, with clear instructions and felt it was very thorough, checking my teeth and all aspects of my oral health.
My experience has made me feel that it is important to have regular visits to the dentist and all the staff make me feel comfortable and at ease.

Welcoming, caring & friendly practice

From the greeting at the desk to the cheery welcome from the practitioners & nurses this dental practice has a family friendly feel. James talks to you like an old friend yet must have so many patients to remember!
Treatment is sensitive and caring.

I had a tooth out yesterday and was quite nervous. James and Dee are fabulous at their jobs: reassuring, kind and obviously very skilled. There was no pain with the injections and James talks you through what needs doing. The reception staff are friendly and efficient too. It's almost a social occasion visiting the dentist! I would ( and have!) recommend the practice to everyone.
