Excellent, appointment was on time, lovely friendly professional staff. My Dentist Hannah is lovely she makes me so at ease.I have been attending this practice for over 20 years, highly recommended.

Once at the Care Centre everything was fine. However the build up to my visit was poor. I had booked my appointment 6 months in advance for 4th December 2024 at 09.00. On the 6th November I received an email reminding me about the date and time of my appointment. Exactly as agreed. At 09.31 on 29th November I received an email reminding me that my appointment was on 4th December at 09.20. A new time with no explanation. At 10.12 on the same day I received an email reminding me that my appointment was on 4th December at 10.00. A different time again with no explanation. I contacted the Care Centre and was informed that the new first appointment time was with the dentist and the second new appointment time was with hygienist. This was a total surprise to me and no explanation was given. It was a great surprise that my time had been changing without explanation and without my consent. Changed not once but twice within half an hour of each email sent on 29th November. A correct confirmation had been sent earlier in the month. I ended up with over half an hour wait between the new appointment times which was inconvenient and unsatisfactory. I also received an automated phone call two days before my appointment that was gobbledygook. I believe it was something to do with cancelling my appointment but couldn't be sure. There was clearly something wrong in the run up to the date. As I said earlier once I was at the Care Centre I was treated with respect.

I was terrified and was having sedation, they really looked after me and were lovely.

Overall a great experience from the reception, the dentist & the hygienist. Highly recommended dental practice.

Hannah is an amazing dentist. She's really approachable, friendly and very informative during every visit. She is so gentle when performing dental surgery and always makes sure me and my son are ok before, during and after. Hannah is always so professional and has a great way of putting me and my son at ease when we visit for our appointments.
Hannah works alongside dental nurses and reception staff who also do a fantastic job in making us feel comfortable and valued. A lovely team!

Excellent customer service from the receptionists. Seen on appointment time. Very professional and polite dentist and nurse. Very thorough examination .. not rushed.
