Hannah delivered ( as usual) not a routine procedure but carried out quickly and painlessly - thank you.

I got an appointment the same day and I was seen very quickly. The team was professional and polite, I felt comfortable with the procedure and the feedback and instructions were helpful.

I arrived early & was greeted by the pleasant and efficient receptionist who directed me to a waiting room. Fifteen minutes before my appointment was due the dentist saw me and explained very clearly what my course of action should be.
A dental experience that was not enjoyed but far from unpleasant.

Polite friendly staff. Very nervous but was able to relax quickly. Also accommodated my request to be seen on the ground floor as I have difficulty with stairs. Would highly recommend.

I was having issues with receding gumline. When to the practice and had such confirmed they went the extra mile and did an x-ray as well as putting calcium Florida on the teeth to prevent issues into the future. Most NHS dentists wouldn't have done that.

I had an appointment with the hygienist. My teeth were cleaned and talked through next steps to prevent gum disease. Helpful staff and a positive appointment.

All very very friendly staff from receptionist to dentist and assistant who explained at every stage of process as he was working constantly asking how I was doing.

Great family visit to the dentist, by the end of which our 2yr old had sat in the chair by himself. Encouragement and patience from the dentist massively helped with this.

I was seen by Zahra Gilan. To have a look at a couple of teeth that were looking to be coming out. She was very calm and professional. She treated me promptly and managed to extract my two teeth without any problem. I like this practice in little lever. Always courteous manner and well organized, there's never a lot in the waiting room, just a couple of people at the most.

Not much to add as the staff and experience is always friendly and competent. Been at the dental practice for over 20 years and never had an issue with any of the staff or policies. Great experience.

The staff at the Dental Care Centre are professional and helpful. As a new patient of Zahra, at the offset she presented an ethical approach. In the first appointment she set a treatment plan, after 2 years of distress. The previous dentist was reluctant to do this even after several appointments for cleans. He said I would have to pay privately for a bridge that the hospital recommended. The previous dentist at the same practice told me he did not offer a bridge on the NHS. As a concerned NHS patient, then speaking with the authorities, they told me to return to the dentist and this is how I came to be Zahra's patient. As a dentist, Zahra is gentle and kind, and appears to be conscientious in her professional expertise. Today she offered me an option for a second opinion to see another dentist within the practice, as well as we are still waiting for another hospital referral appointment she made to see what they suggest. A second opinion was never offered before at this practice. Progressing dental problems I discovered years after a previous dentist insisted crowns to replace veneers. Using a sonic cleaner with a magnified mirror I could see the problem, informing the dentist, before Zahra. The dental hospital (previous referral at my request) told me crowns can fail and over a period of time the silent infection likely to have contributed to bone loss. I value Zahra's expertise and recommend as a dentist - without any hesitation; and especially with nervous patients.

Everything went according to timing.
