Put my mind at rest
This was the first time visiting my new dentist upon the retirement of the dentist I've been visiting at the practice for the past 35 years. I was very nervous but I left very pleasantly surprised, Rav put my mind at rest, was very kind and put my nerves and mind at ease instantly.

Put me at ease
It was the first time I had met the new dental team. The dentist was welcoming and introduced himself and the dental assistant (who was also friendly). This put me at ease and made me feel valued.

Very sociable and professional
I met my new dentist and he is very sociable and professional. I was however, overcharged but when I asked for a breakdown of my treatment I was told that it could not be provided on-site. It transpired that I had been charged for treatment I had not received so thankfully this was rectified quickly and the overpayment reimbursed.

I have always rated this dental surgery very highly, the dentists and nurses are kind, gentle and patient and the receptionist, Karen is an absolute gem! She is so friendly and helpful. This is the only dental practice that I have had a good experience with and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!! 10/10!
Another visit to this dentist on 29.05.24 and my review still stands, everyone here is so friendly and always puts your needs first. I will always remain loyal to this practice, 1st class!
