Very professional, very informative, re: Hannah telling me what needs to be done. The only negative was Michelle said that Karen would ring me in about 5 minutes but no one rang. This was regarding I wanted to be put on direct debit and have the work done in 12 months.

Not to detract, but the chair reclines too far for me, and the oral inserts for x-rays were a bit too big for my mouth.
