Staff who go above and beyond
Sedation nurse was lovely and very understanding. Made me feel really at ease and explained the procedure thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Was able to tell me exactly what the treatment would entail and reassured me throughout the whole of my appointment. Really friendly staff who go above and beyond.

Even though it was only a pre assessment of filling forms in and being told information for my next appointment (having roots out under concious sedation) with me having severe anxiety the sedation nurse was very reassuring and answered all my questions nicely and was calm and understanding the whole way through....even the receptionists were lovely and kind as well even when I have had phone calls from them as well....they even told me happily the directions to the dentist considering I live half an hours drive away very lovely people and have made me feel a bit easier about the procedure that is yet to come 😌😊😃

Made to feel relatively relaxed
