Attended today with Dr Sillet. She was professional and thorough as always. I was welcomed by Jennie and Lorna on reception who were both fantastic. A great visit to the dentist.

Everyone was super friendly
I was so nervous going in and was so anxious but everyone was super friendly and completely made me feel at ease. Everything was explained to me and any possible risks etc. Made me feel so much less anxious once I was in there!

Care and understanding
I am extremely nervous of dentists due to a traumatic event that happened to me as a child, I am now in my late fifties and that memory has always been lasting and never forgotten until now, I desperately needed to be seen by a dentist but felt really anxious, ashamed and embarrassed by my teeth but thankfully all these feelings were eased by Mr Hamid Saeed and his dental nurse Jennie during my 1st app't, I returned for 2 further app'ts where I received treatment re front crown replacement, I am so pleased with the outcome of this treatment but more than anything I really appreciate the care and understanding approach along with the time given in explaining everything to me, all this is invaluable and for the very 1st time ever, I feel I can and want to return for further treatment and will be seen by Hamid, I would also like to pay my respects to all reception staff for their help and support and finally the kindness you have all shown to me at a time that I most needed it. Thank you so much especially to Hamid Saeed.
