True gentleman, wonderful service.

I’d not been to see my dentist for 31 months due to Covid but finally went today (May 27th) to have a filling which was recommended 3 years ago. I saw a different hygienist to who I usually see who gave my teeth a good clean. Then I saw Mike who did an excellent job with my long awaited filling. I have been visiting this dental practice for many years, nearly 50 years in fact; not the same dentist of course!

Always pleasant and efficient!

I always receive excellent service from True Dentistry. They listen to my concerns and requests and give professional advice and options. I never feel I am getting services I don't need nor do I feel I am ever rushed into making decisions about my treatment.

I am always pleased with my treatment but am disappointed that I cannot get my usual 3 monthly appointment with the hygienist for over four months and also have trouble linking one of them with my 6 monthly check-up. Do I need to make these appointments for the whole year?

Highly recommended even if you have to travel from far. Their work talks. Its took dentist 2 minutes to get me out of incredible pain. Where everyone else either refuse my treatment or said it needed surgery in gums etc. This Dentist is very professional and his confidence speak his work. No waiting time for weeks. Staff is so good. My lots of prayers for him and wish him lots of success for future.

I recently moved house from Milton Keynes to my home town and needed to find a new dentist. I decided to try True Dentistry after checking their Google reviews and facilities.

From the start all the staff have been professional and have provided me with excellent service.

A couple of days after my initial assessment I saw Cian the hygienist who was brilliant.

I had a broken tooth so needed a crown fitted. Mayank and the nurses were very patient and attentive throughout the procedure and Mayank always checked if I was in pain before continuing.

I have joined their dental plan that includes all appointments going forward.

Also, parking has never been a problem because they have their own car park.

Update on 23rd September 2022 - Saw Cian and Mayank for my 6 monthly hygiene and check-up and as stated before a very good experience. Fortunately I don't require any treatment right now but Mayank has pointed out some potential future issues so we'll review them at my next check-up appointment. Cian was very complimentary which is always great!

Update on 10th January 2023 - Saw Cian for my 3 monthly hygiene appointment on Friday 6th January. Cian takes great care to make sure I am comfortable with the procedure and as usual was very complimentary.

Update on 30th May 2023 - Saw Mayank for two new crowns for one canine tooth and the adjacent upper front tooth. The old ones had surface cracks and were potentially in danger of failing, so bit the bullet and had them replaced. Mayank did a super job from start to finish.

Update on 21st May 2023 - Saw Tracy Smith for my 3 monthly hygiene appointment. Tracy was very thorough checking and cleaning my teeth and provided good advice on how I should be looking after them myself!

Update on 18th October 2023 - Saw Tracy for my hygiene appointment. Then I saw Mayank for my 6 monthly checkup. Booked in for another crown, where a veneer from 2010 had fallen out. Great service provided by the whole team.

Update on 26th January 2024 - Saw Tracy for my 3 monthly hygiene appointment.

Update on 26th April 2024 - Saw Tracy for my 3 monthly hygiene appointment and then I saw Mayank for my 6 monthly checkup. Great service provided by the whole team.

Update on 26th July 2024 - Saw Tracy for my 3 monthly hygiene appointment.
