Excellent, very safe and the best of treatment as always.

Very efficient, safe policies in place but still welcoming and not intimidating. Tracey brilliant as always- teeth feel super clean!

From the Pre-appointment email to being guided through the building for treatment and exiting, everything is well planned, safe and secure. Very confident about attending.
My only suggestion is that car park markings could be introduced to avoid concern over ‘blocking’ other patients in. Angled spaces allowing patients to pull in facing the dividing wall might work.

True Dentistry are just the very..very best!!..
Firstly Angela...she is on reception. ..and is the first person you meet when starting to look at having treatment. She is the epitome of what a good welcoming receptionist should do. She is kind, thoughtful ..has a great sense of humour. She does from the start look deeply into what your problems are and how they can be fixed. She treats you like a human being, not just like you are cattle or just a person who wants to run you in and out as soon as possible...in short..fantastic..lovely manner and totally professional and in my view probably the best I have ever dealt with. Moving on we have the dental assistant to Mike the dentist. Her name is called Jessica. or Jess once you get to know her....she is not at all a mindless robot that just does what she is told all the time. She is bright..intelligent..and actually contributes with well put suggestions that I found very interesting and a change from other dental nurses whom I have found robotic and also cant wait to just get the job done and go home. She is obviously dedicated and does truly enjoy making you feel looked after. She is amazing!!
Now to Mike.....
He is not your ordinary dentist. ..not by any means! Mike is obsessed with perfection...he has learned his craft and is right up there with the very best. His way, his bedside manner and the way he explains everything to you is impeccable. He also has a great way with him...this cant be learned like this, its just in him, this is what he was meant to do for sure.
It is no good being skilled in dentistry if you have not got the wonderful predisposition of being able almost within minutes to connect with and actually get to know your patient. I am grateful to have come to meet him through a friend who had some great work done.
Mike will be my dentist for life...he is the best there is.
I write this review in all honesty and sincerity. ..
I am not a person easily impressed but True Dentistry are the number 1 and I shall recommend their services to all and anyone without a second thought.

I Visited True Dentistry for 3rd time and again I was greeted with warmth and kindness from Mayank Jess and Angela.
Felt safe on entering and during my appointment abiding by Covid rules at all times !
As much as my stomach turns at thought of being at Dentist Mayank and Team put me at much ease as they could.
I felt ok during my appointment and can honestly say did not feel that dreaded Drill whilst having my fillings so most definitely a bonus and thumbs up to good numbing solution that Mayank gave me in needle .
Can honestly say he has given me my faith back in visiting Dentist .

No pain or discomfort from the area during the procedures but it was a long session, a bit uncomfortable with so much going on in my mouth. That’s Dentistry.

Staff excellent and professional as usual. I felt comfortable with my visit to the surgery with all the changes due to Corona virus. Hygiene was at very high standards, look forward to my next visit, thank you.
