Back tooth filling
I haven’t visited a dentist in 6 yrs, but was forced to go because I lost a filling and broke my tooth. I am a very anxious person while visiting the dentist and today was no exception.
But I had everything explained to me and they put me in control by telling me I could stop for a break at any time, which made me feel better, I also explained that I tend to retch because of the build up of saliva in my mouth coupled with the bits dropping in, but my mouth was kept clean and dry.
I really appreciated the fact that they didn’t dismiss my concerns, explained everything they were going to do and the stress ball really helped.
