True Dentistry

I chose True Dentistry mainly due to the ratings on google and is why I'm adding to it hoping others feel as ease choosing them before otherwise coming across the company.

I have a permanent retainer (back brace) which broke suddenly much to my Inconvenience.
My original orthodontist moved their Bolton site and no longer had my records due to selling the site which held them, which forced me to seek a new ortho.

As I rang around in a panic I came across True Dentistry. They were honest, compassionate and patient with me when explaining my predicament, they suggest I ask my own dentist firstly in case they would perform ortho work. This would have saved me money and time as I'm already registered, unfortunately they didn't offer this work but I didn't consider any other orthodontist as I felt this approach from TD showed more care for the individual as opposed to making money from customers.

They gave me an emergency appointment for the next day which put me at ease as I was worried my teeth would move without my brace fully attached.

I arrived and the staff were fantastic, Dr. Morar was especially considerate and talked me through everything even though it was a simple procedure he made sure I was happy with the work that needed to be performed.

People have an assumption that dentists aren't friendly or interested in their customers however this surgery proved otherwise and I would recommend to anyone wanting professional, personal care.

True Dentistry will be my preferred option in future if I decide to break my retainer on a ginger nut again! :)

I am a very nervous patient and when I came to meet Dr Morar I was extremely bad, he had so much patience and care about my nervousness I even let him look in my mouth which was fine. I probably will be nervous next time but I feel confident that Dr Morar will ease my fears.

A pleasant experience atypical of a visit to the dentist. Thoroughly professional yet friendly - no telling off for not perfectly cleaning your teeth (even when deserved!).

I was there for root canal treatment and subsequent filling - the dentist couldn't have been more thorough which was very reassuring, there was definitely the sense that he took pride in his work and wanted to perform the procedure to perfection. He paid careful attention to the rest of my teeth to look for any other problems, which put my mind at ease.

I absolutely will come back, this was my first visit and has given me so much confidence after feeling the usual dread when I first booked the appointment. The assisting staff were very friendly and welcoming which complemented the whole experience. On a side note, the surgery is based in a lovely building which gave me a very good first impression, but note parking is on the street although there is plenty available.

Listens to what you want and then tells you what's possible. I have been very impressed with his work and my outcome. I now have a good smile and no one knows I have partial dentures.

It has now been four months since I finished my treatment at True Dentistry and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Although it was a lengthy process I feel it was totally justified as it soon became apparent Lubna and her team are perfectionists who wanted to obtain the optimum results.
I had been unhappy with a crown that had been fitted ten years previously and had been deliberating for some time about having it replaced....my research led me to Lubna and I am so glad I decided to make the call that day.
From the outset the team made me feel comfortable and at ease with all parts of the procedure. I ended up having a replacement crown and a veneer and whitening procedures (both self whitening and laser) The before and after photos were unbelievable....I had always looked after my teeth but Lubna's work and that of her team gave me the ability to smile with more confidence and has made me feel so much happier in myself. Friends and colleagues have commented how nice my teeth look and I frequently sing True Dentistry's praises. If you are just looking for a great dentist for your dental health or like me you are looking for specialist cosmetic work then I would have no hesitation in recommending True Dentistry.

A very professional and high quality service. I wasn't the easiest of customers either but they still maintained a professional but very relexing experience from the beginning right through. I had the invisalign brace to align my teeth and they are now exactly how I imagined. I would certainly recommend anyone to use this practise if they want to get the best results!

Lubna, Tracey, Angela and indeed all of the staff at True Dentistry provide an exceptional service. I changed dentists a couple of years ago and found a massive difference regarding the thoroughness of treatment, personal attention, lovely surroundings...and of course the refreshments in the lounge area where I can relax before or between treatments. Not that I ever have to wait past my appointment time ...they run to time and are really efficient. They also text you a reminder of your appointment a few days prior.
It is actually a pleasure to attend appointments with Lubna (and Tracey, the hygienist) and I have found a amazing difference in my teeth ....and smile. Having True Dentistry as my private dentist is not expensive, as monthly payment plans are available ..with a free teeth whitening treatment too....fabulous! Thank you to Lubna and her staff. Must book my next apointment soon :)

Fantastic team, very professional and friendly service. They provide very good advice and help to meet any queries you may have about any treatment in a caring manner. I have been a patient here for years and recommend True Dentistry to any new patients. I have had different dentists in the past and none have been as good in their customer care and treatment. The practice itself is bright, airy and welcoming and staffed by a lovely team of professionals.

Until earlier this year I had had my dentistry done by the NHS whilst my wife had shown wisdom many years ago when she chose True Dentistry.
Because of her satisfaction with their treatment and what I saw of the practice in operation on the occasions that I waited for her whilst enjoying their excellent coffee I decided to treat myself.
It was a revelation, I had always been impressed with the approach, professionalism and friendliness of Angela the Practice Manager, the Dental Nurses, Lubna herself and Tracey Smith the Hygienist it was a delight to see this carried through into the surgeries.
Lubna is most thorough, always starting her examination process with a thorough check from both inside and outside the mouth for oral cancer. She takes photographs and, where necessary X-rays, of any areas of the mouth, teeth and gums which arouse her concern and then carefully and unhurriedly explains what is wrong, using as appropriate the images she has taken so that I am fully able to understand what is wrong, what the treatment options are and what her recommended one is. I never feel under pressure to have treatment but being sensible I do. Never before have I been able to have comfortable and completely painless dental treatment and the results are outstanding.
Tracey, the hygienist, is just as deserving of praise. I have never experienced such thorough cleaning and was staggered at the before and after difference, particularly on the inside edges of my teeth which were photographed before and after treatment, talk about reaching the parts other hygienists / dentists do not consider!
Again her work is extremely thorough, painstaking and completely pain free. Especially important is her advice on what I can do for myself and I have changed my entire teeth cleaning routine with very satisfying results. Tracey, like the rest of the team, takes a great pride in her work and is always concerned that I am comfortable, understand what she is doing and why and helps make a visit to the dentist something that I look forward to. I am not just a number, nor a quantity of money into the practice coffers.
Yes, private treatment is more expensive than the NHS but ultimately you get what you pay for in terms of both visible results, improved oral health and a reduced need for future treatments due to proper maintenance and care. Add to this the fact that a private dentist is not constrained by the cost of materials used, as unfortunately is the case with the NHS, and thus is able to use, ultimately at the discretion of the patient, the best materials and care pathways available and which they feel to be in the best interests of the patients long term health and finances. I am convinced that the lifetime cost of private dental care is not dramatically different to that of the NHS.
I am a big fan of True Dentistry and cannot recommend them too highly

For the last 20 years I have been attending True Dentistry (Kendalmere) . I was not happy with my teeth in my top jaw and during a routine visit I discussed with Lubna the possibility of replacing my teeth with implants.She recommended me to Matt Perkins (Specialist Periodentist) whom attends the practise periodically.
After X- Rays and consultations I was told it would be possible to proceed with the treatment. The process started in January 2012 and by June 2012 I had the implants in my top jawa with all my teeth affixed..
It was an involved process, but well worth it and I now feel like a new woman . Lubna Matt and all the team were very supportive and I was impressed with their warm caring professional service. I would definitely recommend True Dentistry for this kind of treatment.

True Dentistry is truly amazing. Lubna and her team are professional, caring and really listened to my fears and looked after my needs.
My smile really has returned.
I used to be a nervous patient - but Lubna has changed all of that. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!! I will never use another. Must book a check up now!!! :)
