I love visiting True Dentistry. The staff are all wonderful, the care and treatment outstanding.
The best thing I ever did with my teeth was take them regularly to True Dentistry.

I was about 5 minutes late for me appointment which I immediately apologised for. The hygienist asked if I could come through as she had back to back appointment. She was so graceful. However, the receptionist was so unfriendly. She made me feel like a school girl who had needed to be disciplined. I felt so uncomfortable and had to leave without having the treatment.

As always when I visit True Dentistry, I was made to feel relaxed, and comfortable. I was visiting due to recent tooth sensation appearing. Mayank took x rays, and had a good look at the tooth, and said he couldn’t find anything immediately worrying. He then asked what toothpaste I was using, which then revealed I was using a different toothpaste to my usual Sensodyne, and my sensitivity has appeared in the 2 weeks since changing. Mayank said this happens quite often, and then asked me to drink some cold water, and note the sensitivity, and then he put some sensitive toothpaste around the same tooth, left it for a minute, and asked me to drink the cold water again. The sensitivity had reduced! As I am on a dental plan, there was no charge, and I was just told to move back to sensitive toothpaste, and just monitor for any other changes, such as sensitivity when I bite. I have total trust in Mayank, that he doesn’t do or charge for any unnecessary, costly procedures. It’s nice to be able to have that trust and piece of mind.
