I was seen within an hour of asking for an appointment for pain in my teeth caused by accidentally biting down hard on a fork. Everyone I dealt with at the Surgery was excellent. Highly recommended Dental Practice and in particular Miss Wilcocks.

Great personalised service. Yet again.

The appointment was, through no fault of my dentist's making, 45 minutes later than I was expecting but if you want the best dental service this was a mere blip. Always great service. Always great professionalism shown by all the team members. Very friendly and they never look "down in the mouth". Only when it is out of necessity to provide a comprehensive dental service !! Alington Dental. My smile approves this message.

Good customer service

On the day of my appointment local road works were making getting to the surgery very difficult. The Practice was re scheduling everyone that it could and trying to fit them in, which was good customer service.
The dentist was very professional and the hygienist was caring, so top marks for both.

Teeth whitening

I have been an Alington Dental patient for over 20 years. It's reassuring to know I have a dentist who provides me with the highest level of service and care for my teeth and gums especially as my needs change with age. Whilst a healthy smile is of paramount importance, I am also keen for my teeth to look as good as possible and it's great that both areas are covered by Simon and his friendly team.
